Living a Prophetic Life

living a prophetic life

When we talk about prophetic life, it means a life that is pleasing to the Lord. It is a life that carries His light and teachings everywhere in the world, and follows His purposes and plans; a life that is lived only for Him and for His will. And people who practices such way of living are said to be the ones who are more successful and contented in life for they are living in accordance to God’s will.

When the Day Rises: What the Foreseers Said of the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing

One of the most tragic events in the history and next on the rank to the 9/11 Bombing is the Oklahoma City Bombing way back on April 19, 1995, taking away the lives of 168 people in which 19 were children and 680 were left injured.

It was just an ordinary day for the citizens of Oklahoma City, when a blast was heard at around 9:02 in the morning because of a bomb explosion with Alfred P. Wise Enough

I know we are very familiar on the life of King Solomon, who is considered as the wisest king in the Old Testament. Based on the records in the Bible, he is the king whom the Lord is very pleased with, which is why he is blessed with such integrity and a very prosperous leadership during his reign. And with God’s blessing in his leadership, he was known to make wise decisions for he weighs things according to the best of his knowledge and with God’s wisdom before giving it out to his people. And one story that all of us could never forget of him is his story with the two (2) mothers in 1 Kings 3:18-28…

… Now two prostitutes came to the king and stood before him. One of them said, “Pardon me, my lord. This woman and I live in the same house, and I had a baby while she was there with me. The third day after my child was born, this woman also had a baby. We were alone; there was no one in the house but the two of us.  During the night this woman’s son died because she lay on him.  So she got up in the middle of the night and took my son from my side while I your servant was asleep. She put him by her breast and put her dead son by my breast.  The next morning, I got up to nurse my son – and he was dead!

Power of Prophecy: Honor your mentors

Many people believe that they are ministering to God, yet they have bypassed God altogether.! How can you love God, whom you have not seen, and not love your brother, whom you have seen? The same principle applies in the mentor/mentee relationship. Your mentor is the last face of God you will meet before you meet God Himself.
